  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the project before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable administrative or setup fees (if applicable).

  • Refund After Project Commencement: If the project has already started, but you wish to cancel, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up until that point, and any deposit paid may be used to cover the time and resources already invested.   • Non-Delivery of Services: In the rare event that we fail to deliver the services as outlined in the signed agreement and contract, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the work. We will first attempt to resolve any issues by offering additional revisions or solutions, but if you remain unsatisfied, a refund may be issued.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the work has commenced, a refund will not be issued. Any work completed or in progress will be charged at the agreed-upon rate.

  • Delays Caused by Client: If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals on time, we may not issue a refund for the affected period. We will provide a new timeline based on the revised schedule.

  • Completed Deliverables: Once a website or IT service is completed and delivered, we do not offer refunds, as we have fulfilled our obligations under the agreement.

  • Third-Party Charges: We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or services incurred by third parties (such as domain registration, hosting services, or third-party software costs). These charges are non-refundable.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of the service being delivered. Refund requests can be submitted via email to support@digicoderpro.com with the following details:

  • Your name and company (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request
  • The specific service or deliverable in question
  • Any relevant supporting documentation or communication

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5-10 business days and respond with the outcome. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
